How payment works — subscription & billing terms
Written the way any IT company writes it, in plain words:
- Subscription, not a one-time purchase. DispatchAI is a monthly service. Your subscription starts with 14 free days, then renews automatically every month on the same day, until you cancel.
- Automatic payment. Your card on file is charged automatically each month through secure Stripe checkout. You receive a receipt by email for every charge. We accept card payments through Stripe only — no e-transfer, no cash.
- Free trial. The first 14 days cost $0. Your card is entered at signup so the first $250 charge can happen automatically on day 15. If you cancel during the trial, nothing is ever charged.
- Price. $250 CAD per month, per business, plus applicable taxes. The price you see is the price you pay — no per-call surprise charges.
- Upgrades. You can upgrade any time: add another business or location ($250/month each), add an extra language ($50/month extra), or add a connection to your job software ($150 one-time setup, if your software allows it). Upgrades start when you agree them and appear on your next monthly bill.
- Downgrades. You can remove an extra any time. It stops from your next monthly bill.
- Cancellation. Cancel any time by a written message (text or email). No lock-in, no cancellation fee. After you cancel, no further charge is taken, and the service continues until the end of the month you already paid for. Monthly charges already paid are not refunded.
- Failed payment. If a card payment fails, we will let you know and the charge will be tried again. If it stays unpaid, the service may pause until payment is fixed.
- Price changes. If DispatchAI ever changes the monthly price, existing clients will be told at least 30 days before the new price starts, and any client can cancel before then with no further charge.

- What you get: an AI phone assistant that answers your calls day and night, qualifies the caller, offers a visit, takes the address, confirms the phone number, and books the job. Every call is written out and recorded. Emergencies alert your on-call number. If the AI cannot answer, the call goes to your own phone.
- 14-day free pilot: $0, $0 setup. Your card is entered at signup so the monthly charge can start automatically on day 15. If you cancel during the pilot, nothing is ever charged.
- After the pilot: $250 CAD per month, per business, plus applicable taxes, charged automatically by card until you cancel.
